The National Biodiversity Forum
The role of the National Biodiversity Forum is to provide independent monitoring of progress of the implementation of the National Biodiversity Action Plan, highlighting progress and bottlenecks. We provide progress reports to the Minister for Heritage as appropriate.
In late 2020, National Biodiversity Forum took part in a workshop to assess the progress of the National Biodiversity Action Plan. The workshop was funded by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage as part of the 2019 'Seeds for Nature' initiative to provide independent advice to Government.
